As Business Analyst, I reduce unnecessary lost time by clarifying the overall objectives based on customer requirements, by providing user interface mockups and sitemaps. Prior to testing and deployment phases, I create and manage user acceptance tests, test cases, site deployment plans and impact documents. And to reduce maintenance time, I supply Microsoft and other standards and coding practices where relevant, to ensure consistent coding among developers.

• Understand business requirements and translate them into supporting documentation
• Analyze business requirements and develop strategies for the development of applications
• Document design and technical specifications, user interface mockups, sitemaps, user acceptance tests and test cases, site deployment plans, and standards and coding practices
• Create user acceptance tests and test cases, deployment and impact documents
• Test applications and managed bugs through issue tracking systems
